COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Presenting at "Recovery Cafe"

Individuals in recovery of any kind: from addiction, a recent breakup, a death in the family (however you may interpret the word) gather on the first Friday of every month, at The Potter’s House in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, D.C. for an evening filled with poetry, music, art and any other form of creative expression.

Film screening at student-run film festival

The project’s full-length documentary, After Standing, was screened at the Corcoran One Day Doc Day Fest on April 14, 2017. The festival was organized by the graduate students of the New Media Photojournalism masters program at the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at George Washington University.
